We have a number of ways to help you find the item you are looking for. If you know the name of the bag or its product code, then simply enter this into the search box at the top of our homepage. If you cannot find your choice via the search box, because you don’t know the name of it or the style code, then why not use our search filters on the side of the products page. How will I know if an item is out of stock?

If the item you are looking for is out of stock it will show as out of stock on the product page. Please note that orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, the fastest delivery method we offer is Next Day delivery. Place your order by 2pm to ensure you receive your order the following day (Monday – Thursday, next day deliveries are not delivered on a Saturday)

We cannot split an order to be delivered to multiple addresses. We can, however, deliver to a different address from that of your billing address.

Where can I buy RI2K bags?

You can buy RI2K handbags and purses in a number of different ways. You can buy the full collection, as well as exclusive styles, on our website www.ri2k.com We ship worldwide. Alternatively, we have a number of stockists that sell a selection of our handbags and purses.

How do I clean my RI2K bag?

If you have a build-up of dust or surface dirt on your RI2K handbag or purse, simply wipe the bag with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Don't wash it with water or any other chemical; just gently wipe it off. If you spill something on your RI2K handbag or purse, wipe up any excess liquid immediately with a clean cloth or sponge. We recommend you don’t use leather creams on RI2K products as it may cause color discolouration in the leather due to the cream containing heavy chemicals. It is best to keep any leather out of direct heat and sunlight to protect the skin and preventing it drying out which may cause discolouration and could make the leather stiff. You can protect your RI2K accessories by spraying them with waterproof leather spray, which is available at most cobblers. For suede or nubuck leather, try using a suede brush and suede protector to keep the suede in good condition. You can buy suede brushes and protection spray at most cobblers.

Do you offer repair services?

At this time, RI2K will not repair damaged leather products. We will replace or repair them if the conditions of this warranty are met.

Do we provide a warranty?

All our products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship from the date of your purchase. If within this period you detect a fault, the bag will be repaired or, if necessary, replaced at no extra cost (an original proof of purchase will be required). This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, natural wear and tear or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included.

All our non-EU orders are zero rated for VAT. Our web price is the same for EU orders as we subsidise shipping and the additional admin costs associated with export sales.

Delivery

UK (England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands)

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders £149.00 and above which takes between 3-5 working days. All UK orders under £149.00 will be charged £4.95 for delivery.

UK Next Day delivery is free on all UK orders £300.00 and above. All UK orders under £300.00 will be charged £6.95 for delivery. All UK orders under £149.00 will be charged £10.00 for delivery. In order to qualify for next day delivery you must place your order by 2 pm, Monday to Thursday. If you order anytime on a Saturday or Sunday you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. We do not deliver on a bank holiday so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Northern Ireland / Scottish Islands / Scottish Highlands / Channel Isles / Isle of Man / Isle of Wight / Scilly Isles / Republic of Ireland delivery is free on all orders £300.00 and above. All orders under £300.00 will be charged £20.00 for delivery. All orders under £149.00 will be charged £30.00 for delivery.

* Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Three delivery attempts will be made, 2 calling cards will be left and on the third attempt, a held at depot note will be left where the item will be returned to our warehouse after 5 days.

European (EU) delivery is free on all orders £300.00 and above. All orders under £300.00 will be charged £20.00 for delivery and takes between 3 - 7 working days. Canary Islands delivery will be charged £70.00 for all orders under £300.00 and £50.00 for all orders £300.00 and above.

Returns

Non-faulty Goods

If you are not happy with your goods we offer a free* returns process (within the UK only). If you want to return any goods from outside the UK this must be arranged and paid for by you. Goods must be returned within the cancellation period; this commences upon receipt of your item and ends 14 days later. All sale items must be returned within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your product. We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed. Items returned outside the above time frames are only accepted at our discretion and can only be refunded as an 'on-line store credit' to your account with www.ri2k.com.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, please log in to your account with www.ri2k.com to request a Returns Number. Please follow the instructions to return your item. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we shall offer you a full refund or replacement (depending on stock availability).

All Goods

All returned items must have a Return Number (RN). You may obtain a RN by logging into your account on www.ri2k.com and requesting a return. This RN number should be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a RN.

All goods which have been returned in line with the Returns and Refunds policy will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card at the original purchase price paid, including sales taxes but excluding shipping charges unless the item is faulty.

Note: In order to qualify for next day delivery you must place your order by 2 pm, Monday to Thursday. If you order anytime on a Saturday or Sunday you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. We do not deliver on a bank holiday so please bear this in mind when placing your order. Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Three delivery attempts will be made, 2 calling cards will be left and on the third attempt, a held at depot note will be left where the item will be returned to our warehouse after 5 days.

These dates and times for delivery are not guaranteed and are all subject to availability from our on-site warehouse and are dependent on the service of our courier companies functioning normally. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that if you live overseas and the outer packaging of your product arrives slightly damaged it is more than likely to be because custom officials often open up packages to inspect the contents to insure that the correct duty is being applied to the package. They often do not tape these back up very well! The bag(s) themselves should not be tampered with, they should remain in their plastic packaging and all sealed up.

Please note that our shipping costs outside of the UK do not include any fees or costs associated with import or customs fees. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to check the rules of your country with regards to any additional costs you might be asked to pay.

Non-faulty Goods

If you are not happy with your goods we offer a free* returns process (within the UK only). If you want to return any goods from outside the UK this must be arranged and paid for by you. Goods must be returned within the cancellation period; this commences upon receipt of your item and ends 14 days later. sale items must be returned within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your product. We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed. Items returned outside the above time frames are only accepted at our discretion and can only be refunded as an 'on-line store credit' to your account with www.ri2k.com.

 

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, please log in to your account with www.ri2k.com to request a Returns Number. Please follow the instructions to return your item. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we shall offer you a full refund or replacement (depending on stock availability).

 

All Goods

All returned items must have a Returns Number (RN). You may obtain a RN by logging into your account on www.ri2k.com and requesting a return. Alternatively you can email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This Returns Number should be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a RN.

All goods which have been returned in line with the Returns and Refunds policy will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card at the original purchase price paid, including sales taxes but excluding shipping charges unless the item is faulty.

* Returns of sale items are not free. You, the customer, are responsible for paying the postage for any returns of sale items.

Delays

Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons out of our control such as import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed. Orders which have a different billing and shipping address may also be subject to delays whilst we perform additional credit checks.

RI2K will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by the customer is incorrect or inadequate.

 

VAT Refunds

Total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery. For deliveries to the EU, this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate. Although this price is the same for deliveries outside the EU, where VAT (or VAT equivalent) may not be applicable, customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment and will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to the EU. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.
